摘要
安全阀在液压支架系统中起着重要的作用。当超负载工作时,安全阀能够自动开启保证系统安全可靠的工作。安全阀的动态特性是影响其工作的主要因素。研究大流量安全阀是目前迫切需要研究的问题。针对一种新型的大流量安全阀的动态性能进行分析,采用功率键合图的思想建立数学仿真模型,并用Matlab进行仿真。搭建实验系统对安全阀的动态特性进行测试,通过实验数据与仿真结果的比较,证实所建数学模型的正确性,从而为进一步优化该安全阀提供宝贵的数据和依据。
The relief valve in hydraulic support system plays an important role. Relief valve will automatically open when overload works to ensure that the system is safe and reliable work. Dynamic characteristics of the relief valve is the main factor that affects their work. The large flow relief valve is the urgent need to study. The dynamic performance of the new type of large flow relief valve is analyzed, setting up the mathematical simulation model based on the idea of power bond graph mathematical and the simulation with Matlab. The experimental system is set up to test the dynamic characteristics of safety valve, through the comparison of the experimental data and simulation results, which proves the correctness of the established mathematical model, providing valuable data and the basis for the further optimization of the relief valve.
