摘要
对硬支承轮胎动平衡机的主轴系统及其他主要机械结构的振动特性进行了详细的理论分析和计算,并使用Pro/E软件进行实体建模,借助有限元仿真软件对模型主轴-轴承-基础系统等结构进行模态分析。通过激振实验,获得了可靠准确的实验数据,实验数据与计算分析数据具有较好的一致性,证明了所采用模型的正确性和可靠性。综合计算和实验结果可得,皮带结构对机械系统的振动特性影响较大,应重点考虑。同时提出优化和改进建议,为提高平衡机的测量精度提供参考。
Detailed theoretical analysis and calculation of the vibration characteristics of spindle system and other main mechanical structure of the hard-support tire dynamic balancing machine is carried out, and the 3-D model is built using Pro/E software. Modal analysis of the spindle-bearings-base system and other structure is carried out by using the finite element simulation software ANSYS. Through the vibration test,the right and reliable experimental data is obtained. It shows that the experimental and calculated data have good coherence, and the correctness and reliability of the model is proved. Integrated computational and experimental results, which tells that the influence of belt structure on the vibration characteristics of the mechanical system is great and can't be ignored. Optimization and improvement suggestions are proposed, so that a reference to improve measurement accuracy of balancing machines is provided.
