早在改革开放初期,我国就已经提出维稳问题。当下,社会上出现的各种各样的影响社会不稳定地方重大事项,只是社会深层次结构性矛盾和问题的显现。本文总结了地方重大事项社会稳定风险评估的范围,着重阐述了我国在地方重大事项范围界定时存在的问题及解决对策。

As early as at the beginning of the reform and opening up, the Chinese government has put forward the slogan of “stability” .At present, the influence of various social unstable place significant matters, is only the manifestation of social deep-seated structural contradictions and problems.This paper summarizes the major issues of the local social stability risk assessment scope, emphatically elaborated our country in the local scope for the major issues of the existing problems and countermeasures.
