摘要
随着公众对高等教育质量的关注,学生评教这一教学质量监控的主要手段面临多元化的功能期待。但是学生评教在实践中只发挥了有限的作用,高期望带来的失望使其有效性遭到质疑。本文基于对学生评教效力质疑和反思,提出学生评教有效性的分析框架:指标体系的合理性、评价方法的多样化、评教结果的利用程度及其产生的影响力,并为提高学生评教有效性提出了对策建议:建立与教学有效性密切相关的指标体系;在评教中综合使用定性方法和定量方法;拓宽评教结果的用途,并合理使用,使其产生深远的影响。
The effectiveness of Students’ rating on teaching has been questioned because of its limitation on the practice of monitoring teaching quality. This paper is based on the reflection of effectiveness of Students’ rating on teaching and builds its framework:the rational of standard index, the variety of method, the utilization and influence of evaluation result. This paper also puts forward the following strategies to improve its effectiveness: the establishment of the standard index related to teaching effectiveness; the adoption of quantitative and qualitative methods;the widening of utility of the evaluation result and its proper use;thereby having a profound influence on teaching.
