药芯焊丝焊接过程光谱特征波段分析与选择

摘要 针对某型自保护药芯焊丝设计焊接工艺试验,利用光谱仪和专用分析软件研究焊接过程中电弧等离子体辐射光谱分布曲线,对其在各谱段的分布特征进行分析,认为紫外波段的光谱曲线波长较短且衰减严重;可见光波段整体相对辐射强度较高,特别是在绿光和黄光区域尤为强烈,在红光区域电弧光谱相对强度较为稳定;在近红外波段电弧光谱辐射强度逐渐下降。综合考虑不同的应用对象,可见光波段适用于电弧等离子体物理本质研究,自保护药芯焊丝电弧等离子体和熔滴过渡的检测适合采用红光光谱窗口,而焊缝跟踪等则适合采用近红外或者红光光谱窗口。 Welding experiments were designed based on a wire. Spectrometer and special spectral distribution curve of arc analysis software were type used plasma during the welding pr of self-shielded flux cored to collect and study the ocesses. By analyzing the distribution characteristics of spectroscopic radiation in different bands, it was found that the spectral signals in ultraviolet band were collected with severe attenuation due to short wavelengths; the overall relative indensity of the spectral signals in visible band is high, especially in the green and yellow area. In t sity of arc spectrum is relatively stable; decreased gradually in the near infrared band arc spectrum radiation intensity. Considering the application of different research purpose, it is concluded that the visible light wave band should be applied to study the physical nature of the plasma arc; red light spectrum window can be used for the detection of arc plasma behaviors and droplet transition; and the near infrared or red spectral window can be used for seam tracking technique research.
