摘要
通过对石化污水处理场的水质特性进行分析,对于实现中水回用的目标而言,石化污水处理场的水质不稳定性和其排水在悬浮物、浊度、COD、大肠杆菌等方面存在处理难度。通过实际装置应用实例证明,采用臭氧进行预处理,能够有效降低污水中的悬浮物、浊度和COD,杀灭大肠杆菌,提高中水中的碱度,稳定pH>7.0。再经过多种型号的石英砂过滤后,悬浮物完全去除。后经活性炭过滤器吸附过滤后,COD值进一步下降,色度下降,中水的异味消失,得到稳定的成品水,达到《再生水用作冷却用水的水质控制标准》(GB/T19923—2005)中规定的要求。
By analyzing the water quality characteristics of petrochemical sewage treatment plants,the paper finds out that there are difficulties in dealing with the discharged water because of the instability of the water quality in petrochemical sewage treatment plants,suspended matter,turbidity,COD and Escherichia coli and so on in the waste water for achieving the goal of reusing the reclaimed water. Through practical application in real plants,it is proved that after adopting ozone to pre-treat the reclaimed water,suspended matter,turbidity and COD can be reduced effectively; Escherichia coli can be killed; alkalinity of the reclaimed water can be boosted and the PH value can be stabilized to be higher than 7. 0. And after filtrating by various models of quartz sand,suspended matter can be removed completely. Then after absorption and filtration by carbon filter,COD value falls further,color fades,odor of reclaimed water disappears and stable product water is gained which can meet the defined standards of Water Quality Control Standards of Reclaimed Water Being Used for Cooling Water( GB /T 19923-2005).
