摘要
随着国家对环保日益重视,各级环保部门对石化行业的要求也不断提高,特别是最近几年,对石化行业可能对地下水源造成污染方面给予了高度关注。地下水源一旦受到污染,治理难度大,且时间长、费用高,修复起来也将非常困难。防渗工程作为一种行之有效的方式,越来越多的应用在项目建设中。以北方某炼油项目为例,通过结合自然条件及环评要求,分析防渗工程的必要性,最终确定合理的防渗方案。
As our country is attaching increasing importance to environment protection,environmental protection departments at all levels have raised their requirements on petrochemical industry. Especially in recent years,ground water pollution which might result from petrochemical refineries has been paid much attention. Once ground water is polluted,it is very difficult to be treated and restored in long period and with large expense. As an effective method for pollution prevention,watertight projects have being applied more and more in project construction. Taking a refinery project in the north as an example,this paper analyzes the necessity of watertight project with the natural conditions and environment assessment as the basis and finally,makes rational watertight scheme.
