摘要 以南海某项目海上油气生产设施可靠性、可用性及可维修性分析(RAM分析)过程为背景,介绍了海上生产设施RAM分析发展状况,阐述了开展RAM分析的具体步骤。在设计阶段利用MAROS可靠性分析软件对海上油气生产设施进行了可靠性分析计算,通过RAM分析,一方面,可了解海上油气生产设施系统的薄弱环节,有利于优化设计,另一方面,可指导设备采办和设施设备的维护维修管理。 Based on the process of reliability,availability and maintainability( RAM) analysis on the offshore oil and gas production facilities of certain project in South China Sea,this paper introduces the development of RAM analysis on offshore production facilities and expatiates on the specific steps to carry out RAM analysis. RAM analysis and calculation of the offshore oil and gas production facilities are completed by utilizing MAROS simulation software during the design phase. Through RAM analysis,system weaknesses of the offshore oil and gas production have been found out,which is favorable to optimization design and can guide equipment purchase and management of facility and equipment maintenance as well.
