摘要
根据燃气管理站日常巡检工作经验以及检查项目,建立了1套包含管线基础档案情况、管线穿越区域、管线建设年代、管线铺设路段、管线与其它城市生命线系统穿越情况和打孔检测情况等9项影响因素的燃气管道定量风险分级方法,对乌鲁木齐市的112条中低压燃气管道进行了风险分级研究。按分值大小划分出高、中和低风险三个等级,并制定了不同风险等级的风险控制措施。分级评估的结果与实际情况基本一致,具有一定的推广应用价值。
According to the routine inspection work experience and check items of gas administration station,A quantitative risk classification method of gas pipeline is established,which contains 9 affecting factors,such as the pipeline construction files,the pipeline crossing regions,pipeline construction years,pipeline laid roads,the situation of pipelines across other urban lifeline systems,and the punch test result. Risk classification of 112 mid-low-pressure gas pipelines of Urumqi is carried out. And high,medium and low risks are marked off based on the risk scores.And different risk control measures are developed.Classification results of the assessment are consistent with the actual situation,showing a certain application value.
