摘要
储罐中油面上的最大电位和储罐内静电放电有很大的关联,因此研究该电位的变化规律对安全加油具有重要的意义。建立了加油过程中储油罐内电荷密度的计算模型,根据该模型,分析了罐内已有油量、油品电导率、装油速度和储罐形状等因素对电荷密度的影响,并在此基础上研究了这些因素和油面最大电位的关系。
The maximum potential on the oil surface has a close relation with electrostatic discharge in the tank. Therefore,a study on the laws governing variation of this parameter has a significant meaning to safe oil filling. This paper establishes a calculation model for charge density when a tank is filled and according to this model,it analyzes the influence of such factors as initial uncharged oil volume,oil conductivity,filling velocity and the shape of the tank on charge density. On the basis of the above work,the paper studies the relation of these factors with the maximum potential.
