分布式智能消防炮灭火系统在壳牌煤气化装置的应用

APPLICATION OF DISTRIBUTED INTELLIGENCE FIRE MONITOR SYSTEM IN SHELL COAL GASIFICATION UNIT

壳牌煤气化工艺由于其众多优点,在我国有着较为广泛的应用,同时作为煤化工项目的核心装置,其消防系统的设计亦十分重要。以某煤制甲醇项目壳牌煤气化装置为例,对壳牌煤气化装置的典型消防系统的设计进行简要描述,说明了消防系统的设计变更的主要原因,详细介绍了分布式智能消防炮灭火系统在本装置的设置理由以及应用情况,最后分析探讨了分布式智能消防炮灭火系统的优缺点。

Due to its many advantages,Shell coal gasification process is widely applied in our country.Meanwhile,as the core unit of coal chemical projects,the design of its fire protection system is also importance. Taking Shell coal gasification unit of a coal-to-methanol project for example, this paper makes a brief description of the typical fire protection system designed for Shell coal gasification unit and it illustrates the main reasons for the design changes made for the fire protection system. The paper introduces in detail the setting reasons for and application of the distributed intelligence fire monitor system in this plant. Finally,it analyzes and probes into the advantages and disadvantages of the distributed intelligence fire monitor system.
