摘要
针对一台型号为SZL15-1.6-AⅡ(MD)的蒸汽锅炉发生的水冷壁管腐蚀泄漏事故,分析了水冷壁管均匀腐蚀和腐蚀泄漏两种不同的情况,得出产生腐蚀的原因是水质含氧量偏高以及在汽水系统中汽水分层和"汽相空间"的形成,同时,介绍了汽水分层和"汽相空间"产生的原因,并分别从设计、制造、使用、维护和检验方面给出了锅炉腐蚀的防范措施。
This paper focuses on a corrosion and leakage accident of water wall pipe in a steam boiler with the type of SZL15-1. 6-AⅡ(MD). Through analyzing the uniform corrosion and corrosion leakage of water wall pipe,it is found out that the corrosion is caused by the oxygen-rich water and the formation of phase fluid and 'gas-phase space ' in steam-water system. Meanwhile,the paper introduces the causes for the occurrence of phase fluid and 'gas-phase space '. It proposes some preventive measures for boiler corrosion from the aspects of design,manufacture,use,maintenance and inspection.
