摘要
水中石油类的监测管理是石油化工行业进行环境监测的一个重要指标。结合操作实际,以及用红外分光光度法选择萃取剂用量测定水和废水中的石油类,对萃取、脱水、吸附等样品预处理过程完善的问题进行了总结,有助于萃取剂用量的优化,可以有效降低生产成本及对人体的伤害。通过测定步骤的简化、萃取手段的改进,进而减轻工作强度以及提高测定结果的准确度和工作效率,为做好环境保护工作提供科学依据。
In petrochemical industry,monitoring and management of the oil in water is an important indicator for environmental monitoring. Combined with the actual operation and aiming at the selection of suitable quantity of dosage in infrared spectrophotometry of the oil in water and the wastewater,this paper summarizes the improvement in extraction,dehydration and adsorption during the process of sample pretreatment,which helps to optimize the dosage of extractant and reduce the cost of production and harm to human body effectively. By simplifying the steps for analysis and determination and improving the extractive methods,the intensity of work can be reduced; the accuracy and efficiency of the determination results can be improved. This provides a scientific basis for environmental protection work.
