Discussion on Design Management of General Contract Project for Huize Lead- Zinc Technical Innovation

结合会泽项目的工作实践,分析了设计院传统的设计管理且为适应总承包项目的需要而产生的新型设计管理的差异,对总承包项目的设计管理提出了建议,指出建立让业主满意的设计主动服务制度的重要性。

Combined with the working practice of Huize project , and analyzed the difference between traditional design management in engineering institute and a new type of design management produced for meeting the needs of general contract project , the proposal for design management of general contract project was put forward to point out the significance to establish the active service system for design that let owner satisfaction .
