克罗恩氏病并IgA-λ/λ双克隆型多发性骨髓瘤:1例报道并文献分析 被引量：4

摘要 克罗恩病（Crohn＇s disease,CD）是一种慢性非特异性炎症性肠病,而多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma,MM）是一种恶性的浆细胞病,据笔者所知,MM和CD共存少见,目前IgA-λ/λ双克隆型的MM并发CD的病例还未曾被报道过.本文报道1例被诊断患有IgA-λ/λ双克隆型的MM并发CD的患者,该患者的临床症状在1个相对较短的时间内变化明显.通过文献分析显示,白细胞介素（IL）-6可能参与了这2种疾病的发病机制.
