听器冲击伤临床诊疗规范（建议） 被引量：3

摘要 战争、恐怖活动及平时的爆炸事故常导致大量的爆炸伤。致伤的主要因素为破片及冲击波，其中有13％的爆炸受害者直接死亡，30％的幸存者需要住院治疗[1]。爆炸常造成外耳、中耳、内耳的单一或复合性损伤。爆炸产生的碎片可导致耳廓烧伤及切割伤，冲击波主要导致中耳及内耳的损伤，鼓膜具有最低的压力阈值，在爆炸伤中创伤性鼓膜穿孔最常见到，在幸存者中占47％[2-4]。除压力振幅外，
