摘要
1934年成立的中国早期左翼私营的电通影片公司,从编导、作词、作曲、摄影到演员,集聚了司徒慧敏、夏衍、田汉、聂耳、吕骥、贺绿汀、吴印咸、吴蔚云、陈波儿、王人美、王莹等众多文化、艺术名家。该公司虽然仅仅存在了一年多时间,但拍摄了《桃李劫》、《风云儿女》、《自由神》、《都市风光》共四部经典影片,均堪称中国电影史上的绝唱。为配合电影的宣传与发行,该公司编辑出版了《电通半月画报》。该画报虽然只编辑出版了13期,却为后人研究左翼电影运动留下了一份弥足珍贵的史料。本文对本馆所藏全套《电通半月画报》进行初步研究,不仅对刊载内容的栏目进行了介绍,而且说明了其受到广大电影观众喜爱的原因。除此以外,本文还依据《画报》所载,结合有关历史资料,尤其是当事人的回忆,梳理电影《风云儿女》创作过程,厘清《义勇军进行曲》词、曲创作源流及广泛传播的因由,订正有关讹误。
Denton, a film company established in 1934, was home to leftist Chinese film directors, playwrights, writers, composers, photographers, actors, actresses, historians and artists. During its brief period of career (1934-1935), four films were produced: The Graduates" Fate, A Poem of the Great Wall, Fight for Freedom and Quo Vadis. These films later are recognized as classical works in Chinese film history. The company also published a semimonthly pictorial entitled Denton Gazette in thirteen issues, now important data to researchers on leftist Chinese films. The current author studies the thirteen issues of Denton Gazette in the National Museum of China collection. In addition, based on articles published in this journal and related historical documents, the composing and writing of the Volunteers Marching On (theme of A Poem of the Great Wall) have been studied to correct previous misunderstanding.
