Control of Nitrogen Content in GCr15 Bearing Steel

摘要 根据国内某钢厂GCr15轴承钢生产工艺流程,分析了各阶段钢中氮含量的变化规律。结果表明,吸氮主要环节包括LF过程和连铸过程。其中LF过程钢液吸氮严重,增氮波动在(60~140)×10^-6范围内。VD过程脱氮效果明显,脱氮率最高可达68%。通过优化控制工艺,全程控氮,使GCr15轴承钢成品wN控制在60.00×10^-6以内,提高了钢的质量。 According to conventional technological conditions of producing GCr15 bearing steel, the change law of the nitrogen content in GCr15 bearing steel was analyzed during every producing process. The results show that the main procedure of the nitrogen absorption is the LF refining and continuous casting. The nitrogen absorption in the LF process is the highest and the increment of average nitrogen fluctuates from 60×10^-6 to 140×10^-6. The denitrification in VD process is significant, and the highest denitrification rate is 68%. By optimization of the control process and implementation of nitrogen control in the full course, the wN in the finishing bearing steel products is within 60.00×10^-6, and thus the quality of the steel is improved.
