摘要
在人工合成烟气和煤灰环境中,分别研究了550℃和700℃下镍基高温合金的腐蚀行为,并分析了其腐蚀机理。结果表明,高温镍基合金在550℃和700℃下主要发生了低温热腐蚀,腐蚀产物主要有硫化物、氧化物和尖晶石相。
The corrosion behavior and mechanism of nickel-based super alloy at 550 ℃ and 700 ℃ in artificially synthesized exhaust gas and coal ash environment were studied. The results show that the main corrosion products are sulfide, oxide and spinel aftercorroding at 550 ℃ and 700 ℃, and the corrosion behavior of the alloy is hot corrosion at low temperaatre.
