摘要
研究了高温环境下Ti-43Al-9V-Y合金的变形行为,并构建了材料的热加工图。结果表明,Ti-43Al-9V-Y合金在应变速率较高区域容易产生裂纹。温度为1 150℃、应变速率为0.01 s-1时发生相变。在高温低应变速率下有利于合金的热成形。
The deformation behavior of the alloy Ti-43Al-9V-Y at high temperature was investigated, and the thermal processing map of the alloy was established. The results show that the crack in the alloy will produce easier in the high strain rate region. And the phase transformation will appear at the temperature of 1 150 ℃ and the strain of 001 s^-1. It is beneficial for thermal forming of the alloy at high temperature and low strain rate.
