摘要
改进4343铝合金铸轧板料的退火工艺,研究均匀化退火温度对合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,4343铝合金铸轧坯不同位置的微观组织差别很大,上部和下部组织良好,共晶硅聚集成板条状。大量共晶硅与Fe、Mn等元素形成FeSiAl5和AlMnFeSi等化合物,聚集在铸轧坯中部。520℃下均匀化退火有利于降低断裂的风险。
The annealing process for 4343 aluminum alloy was improved, and the effect of homogenizing annealing temperature on microstructure and properties of the alloy was studied. The results show that the microstructure at different position on the cast-rolling strip is very a lot. The eutectic silicon gathers as lath-shaped on the upper and lower position. FeSiAl5 and A1MnFeSi are formed by a large amount of eutectic silicon and Fe, Mn and other elements, which gather in the central of the cast-rolling strip. The homogenizing annealing at 520 ℃ is beneficial to reducing the risk of fracture.
