摘要 通过金相显微镜、透射电镜以及力学性能测试,研究了低碳微合金钢的控制轧制和控制冷却工艺对试验钢力学性能与显微组织的影响。结果表明,高强螺纹钢适宜的控轧控冷工艺参数为:精轧温度控制在1 000~864℃,冷却速度控制在40℃/s左右,终轧后冷至760℃左右时可以获得高强度、低屈强比的性能。 The effects of controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology on mechanical properties and microstructure of test steel were studied by metallographic microscope, transmission electron microscopy and mechanical properties test. The results show that the appropriate process parameters of controlled rolling and controlled cooling as follow, the finishing rolling temperature is at 1 000-864 ℃, the cooling speed is about 40 ℃ /s. The performance of high-strength and low yield ratio can be obtained when cooled to 760 ℃ after finishing rolling.
