摘要 利用INVENTOR和DEFORM软件建立齿轮锻造成型的CAD/CAE系统,分析了坯料在锻模型腔中的充型情况,以及锻件温度场和应力场的分布情况。模拟结果显示,锻模设计合理,锻件完整,没有出现折叠或充不满等缺陷;锻件的温度梯度分布随材料流动阻力的变化而变化;锻件从制坯到终锻成型过程中,有效应力与模具载荷的变化趋势大致相同,但两者的峰值并不出现于同一阶段。 The CAD/CAE system of gear forging forming was established using INVENTOR and DEFORM software, the filling situation of blank in the die cavity was analyzed, the distribution of forging temperature and strain was analyzed at the same time. The results show that the die structure is reasonable and forging integrity without collapsing or short shot defects. The forging temperature gradient distribution changes with the material flow resistance. The variation tendency of effective strain and die loading is similar in the process from sheet stamping to final forging forming, but the peaks do not appear on the same stage.
