后盖压铸模具抽芯机构的设计

摘要 以解决压铸后盖斜油孔一次压铸成型为目的,通过选择两种不同的抽芯设计思路(油缸式和弯销式),完成模具结构;并分析和比较二者模具结构的优缺点,旨在选择合适的抽芯机构,进而实现斜油孔成型。结果表明,弯销式抽芯机构模具结构简单,空间紧促,自动化生产过程可控制。 Based on die-casting rear cover as study object, the problems of the oblique oil hole die-casting were solved by selecting two different core-pulling design (cylinder type and bent pin type) in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of both mould structure were analyzed and compared. And the appropriate core-pulling mechanism was chosen lbr forming oblique oil hole. The results show that the bending pin core-pulling mechanism of mould structure is simple. It has compactness space and automatic production controlled .The bent pin core-pulling mechanism which has a high reference and practical value, has a certain popularization significance.
