摘要
研究了变质剂对Al-20Si合金组织的影响,通过OM、XRD、SEM等检测方法分析了合金的变质机理,并分析了压射速度对Al-20Si合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金中加入4%CuP10+1%AlSr13+15%AlRE10时变质效果最好;随着压射速度的增加,抗拉强度先增大而后降低,在压射速度为5 m/s时,抗拉强度达到最大值214 MPa。
The influence of modifier on microstructure of Al-20Si alloy was studied, the modification mechanism of the alloy was analyzed through OM, XRD, SEM and other detection methods, and the influence of injection speed on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-20Si alloy were analyzed. The results show that, when adding 4%CUP10+ 1%AlSr13+15%AlRE. 10, the alloy has the'best modification effect. With the increase of injection speed, the tensile strength is increases firstly and then decreases. The maximum tensile strength is 214 MPa, when the injection speed is 5 m/s.
