摘要
采用中频感应电炉生产薄壁灰铁箱体,分别从化学成分、冷却条件和熔炼及浇注工艺等方面控制不良石墨形态的产生。结果表明,适当提高碳当量、增加溢流浇道和对熔炼及浇注工艺的合理调整,可得到石墨形态良好,符合客户要求的铸件。
Thin-wall gray cast iron box was produced by the medium frequency induction furnace, the measures of adjusting chemical composition, cooling condition, rnehing and pouring technology and so on were used to avoid bad graphite morphology. The results show that the favorable graphite morphology of satisfying the customer requirements can be obtained by appropriate increasing carbon equivalent, adding overcast pouring gate and reasonable adjusting the technologies of melting and pouring.
