摘要
对一种电机支架原铸造方案进行模拟,分析缺陷产生的原因,针对缩孔产生位置提出新的工艺方案。实验结果表明,通过工艺参数的优化可以有效地减少产品的缩孔,提高产品合格率。
The original casting process of a motor bracket was simulated, the causes of defects forming were analyzed, and a new process program was proposed aiming at the position of shrinkage cavity. The results show that the shrinkage cavity in castings can be effectively reduced by optimizing process parameters, at the same time improving the product quality.
