摘要
应用MAGMA5.0分析软件,对某缸盖3种不同工艺的充型过程进行了模拟,重点对比分析了不同内浇道流速,从理论上明确了一种最佳工艺。实际生产验证表明,该工艺的废品率是相对较低的。
Applying MAGMA5.0 analysis software, the filling process of a cylinder head in three different casting processes was simulation, tbcusing on the comparative analysis of the flow velocity of different gates. An optimum process was defined theoretically. Actual production verification shows that the process has a lower scrap rate.
