摘要
以X65管线厚板为研究对象,利用有限元软件建立了连续控冷时的几何模型、本构模型和相变潜热模型,分析了控冷时整个板材的应力变化和温度变化。结果表明,上表面与心部的平均温度要大于下表面与心部的平均温度;对称控冷结束后残余应力沿板厚方向的分布情况为;应力呈现心部受压,上表面和下表面两侧受拉应力对称分布。
Taking the X65 pipeline thick plate as research object, the geometric model, constitutive model and phase change latent heat model in the process of continuous controlled cooling were established by finite element software, and the changes of stress and temperature were analyzed. The results show that the average temperature of the upper surface and the core is higher than that of the lower surface and the core. The distribution of residual stress along the thickness direction is that the stress presents core compression and symmetric distribution of tensile stress in the upper surface and the lower surface.
