压铸模具内喷涂技术的开发与应用 被引量:2

Development and Application Inner-Spray Technology for Die Casting

摘要 模具润滑剂良好的喷涂效果是取得好的铸件表面品质的关键因素。而现有的喷涂方式往往无法兼顾整个型腔表面,常有因喷涂不良、局部粘模、拉伤的情况发生。通过开发使用模具内喷涂技术,可以有效地解决这一问题。这种内喷涂装置仅由模具内部设计的喷涂管道和一个雾化器组成,其特点是充分利用了压铸机上原有的管路及控制单元,雾化器一端与喷涂机械手上涂料管和气管直接联通,另一端与模具上内喷涂管道入口连接,实现了与压铸机上喷雾机械手的同步动作。实际验证表明,采用内喷涂技术,大大降低了铸件废品率,确保了生产过程稳定。 It is a key factors of good spraying of mould lubricant for obtaining excellent surface quality of the castings. However, the used spraying techniques could not cover the whole surface of the mould, leading to the occurrence of poor spraying effects, partial soldering and pullfailure. Through adopting innerspraying technology, the problems can be eliminated effectively. The innerspraying apparatus is composed of spraying channel designed in the mould and an atomizer, exhibiting the features of fully uti lizing the pipeline and control unit on the die casting machine. Atomizer directly connect with coating pipe and gas pipe on spraying robot in one end, and connect with inlet of innersprayed channel in the mould in other end, realizing the synchronous operation with spraying robot on the die casting machine. The practical verification reveals that the innerspraying technique can greatly decrease the scrap rate of the die castings.
