摘要
针对6061变形铝合金锻造轮毂T6热处理后出现力学性能异常,研究了加工过程中不同阶段及不同T6热处理工艺对6061变形铝合金轮毂力学性能的影响,并对产生力学性能异常的原因进行了分析,通过调整热处理工艺找到了解决力学性能异常的途径。
Abnormal mechanical properties of forged 6061 wrought aluminum alloy wheel could be analyzed after T6 heat treatment. Effects of different working stages and T6 treatment on mechanical properties of the wheel were analyzed. In addition, the origination of abnormal mechanical properties was de scribed. The countermeasures of eliminating abnormal mechanical property data were presented through adjusting heat treatment processes.
