摘要
无银2024铝合金是重要的可析出强化型合金,通过多级时效和室温下冷轧加工可促使Ω-Al2Cu相在该系合金中大量析出。利用透射电镜(TEM)、能谱分析等手段,研究了Ω相在无银的2024铝合金中的析出机制。结果表明,多级时效和室温冷轧联合处理是促使Ω相析出的有效手段。上述工艺处理过程中Mg原子浓度的降低和时效后期T相周围大量存在的形核点是促使Ω相大量析出的主要原因。
2024 aluminum alloy with Ag-free is an important precipitation strengthened alloys. The phase can be precipitated by cold rolled at room temperature and duplex ageing. The precipitation mechanisms of Ω phase in 2024 aluminum alloy was explored by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy spectrum analysis and other methods. The results demonstrate that duplex ageing and cold rolled technigue are the effective process to promote the precipitation of Ω phase. The concentration decrease of Mg and a large number of nucleation sites around T phase are mainly responsible for the precipitation of Ω phase.
