IGF-Ⅰ在不同病理分型颅内肿瘤患者血浆中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨不同病理分型颅内肿瘤患者的血浆中胰岛素生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)水平差异以及它们的意义。方法选取2008年7月至2013年5月手术治疗的颅内肿瘤患者150例,其中颅咽管瘤患者37例,侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者23例,非侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者30例,WHOⅠ∽Ⅱ级胶质瘤患者16例,WHOⅢ∽Ⅳ级胶质瘤患者12例,脑膜瘤患者32例(全为良性),并选取年龄相当的正常体检者40例作为对照。所有受试者的血浆IGF-Ⅰ水平通过化学发光法测定,同时并测定各组患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),血介素-6(IL-6)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的水平。结果各肿瘤组患者的血浆IGF-Ⅰ水平均显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);胶质瘤患者血浆IGF-Ⅰ水平明显高于其它类型肿瘤(P〈0.05)。WHOⅢ∽Ⅳ级胶质瘤IGF-Ⅰ水平显著高于WHOⅠ∽Ⅱ级胶质瘤组(P〈0.01);侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者血浆IGF-Ⅰ水平明显高于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤(P〈0.05)。血浆TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平各肿瘤组之间均无显著差异,与对照组比也无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论本研究提示IGF-Ⅰ可能在颅内肿瘤的病理发生、发展中起作用,且其血浆水平与肿瘤的恶性程度呈正相关。 Objective To explore the differences of plasma levels of insulin-like growth factor- Ⅰ (IGF- Ⅰ ) among patients with different pathological types intracranial tumors and their meanings. Methods The plasma levels of IGF- Ⅰ , tumor necrosis factor ~t (TNF-ot), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and C-reaction protein (CRP) were determined in 150 patients with intraeranial tumors treated from 2008 to 2013 and 40 normal healthy subjects serving as control. Of 150 intracranial tumors, 37 were eraniopharyngiomas, 23 invasive pituitary adenomas, 30 non-invasive pituitary adenomas, 16 WHO grades Ⅰ- Ⅱ gliomas, 12 WHO grades Ⅲ∽Ⅳ gliomas and 32 benign meningiomas. Results There were significantly differences in the plasma levels of IGF- I (P〈0.01), and insignificantly differences in the plasma levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP (P〉0.05) among all the intracranial tumors groups and between each of the intracranial tumors groups and control group. The plasma level of IGF- Ⅰ was significantly higher in WHO grades Ⅲ∽Ⅳ gliomas groups than that in grades Ⅰ- Ⅱgliomas group (P〈O.O1). Conclusions It is suggested that IGF- Ⅰ may play a role in the pathogenesis and development of the intracranial tumors and the plasma level of IGF- Ⅰ may be positively related to the malignant degree of intracranial tumors.
