摘要
患者女,87岁。右面部角化性丘疹3年,肿块6个月。右侧面部肿块组织病理示:基底细胞排列紊乱,有非典型性,部分呈芽蕾状突向真皮乳头,真皮浅层见日光弹力变性,真皮全层肿瘤细胞团块状浸润,瘤细胞核大、深染,可见细胞间桥。诊断:光线性角化病;侵袭性鳞状细胞癌。
A 87-year-old female patient presented with keratotic papules on the right face for three years, mass for six months. Pathological examinaltion showed tumor cells were massive infihration in the dermis. Basal cells arranged in disorder, with atypical, part cells formed bud-like protruding into the dermal papilla. Solar elastosis was observed in the superficial layer of dermis. Tumor cells were hyperehromatic with prominent nucrlei,intercellular bridges were observed. The diagnosis was actinic, keratosis progressing to invasive squarmous cell carcinoma.
