全舱式紫外线照射联合复方氟米松软膏治疗玫瑰糠疹60例临床观察

Theraputic Effect of Full Tank Type Ultraviolet Combined with Compound Flumetasone Ointment on 60 Cases of Pityriasis Rosea

目的观察全舱式紫外线照射联合复方氟米松软膏外用治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的120例玫瑰糠疹患者随机分为两组,各60例,均予复方氟米松软膏外用,2次/d,共12d。治疗组同时予全舱式紫外线(UVB)照射治疗,隔日1次,共12d。治疗期间,每周记录患者瘙痒消失时间、皮疹消失时间以及不良反应发生情况,治疗结束后判定疗效。结果疗程结束后,治疗组有效率为96.67%,对照组为28.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组瘙痒、皮疹消失时间及痊愈患者病程分别为(5.78±1.43)d,(10.25±3.21)d及(11.27±2.44)d,对照组分别为(9.68±2.57)d,(15.63±4.54)d及(18.18±2.68)d,差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论全舱式紫外线照射联合复方氟米松软膏外用治疗玫瑰糠疹可以快速消除皮损、减轻自觉症状、缩短病程及提高疗效,且无明显不良反应,值得临床选用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of full tank type ultraviolet combined with compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of pityriasis rosea. Methods Total 120 patients with pityriasis rosea were divided randomly into two groups, experimental or control group with 60 cases each. The control group was treated with compound flumetasone ointment for 12 days, twice a day. The patients in the experimental group was treated with compound flumetasone ointment combined with full tank type ultraviolet every other day for 12 days. The patient＇s itch disappeared time, rash disappeared time and adverse reactions were recorded during the treatment weekly. Two group curative effects were evaluated after treatment. The therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 96. 67% compared to 28.33% in the control group. There was a statistical significance between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Itching disappeared time, rash disappeared time and recovery course in experimental group were （5.78±1.43）d, （10.25±3.21）d,（11.27±2.44）dand （9.68±2.57）d,（15.63±4.54） d, （18.18±2.68） d in control group. There was a statistical significance between the two groups （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The result reveals that the full tank type ultraviolet combined with compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of pityriasis rosea can quickly eliminate skin lesion, relieve symptoms, shorten the course of the disease and improve curative effect, and no obvious adverse reactions were observed. It is worthy to be used in clinical practice.
