摘要
目的:建立兔下颌骨单层骨皮质缺损人工材料植入的实验动物模型。方法:选取24只健康成年日本大耳白兔,雌雄不限,在双侧下颌骨体部形成大小为13mm×4mm×2mm的矩形单层骨皮质缺损,左侧为对照组,右侧为实验组,下颌骨植入大小为13mm×4mm×2mm的长条形碳纤维增强型聚醚醚酮(CFR/PEEK),分别于术后4、8、12周取材,影像学及组织学观察。结果:所有实验动物术后未出现感染死亡;各组实验材料未出现松动、脱落等固位不良现象,术后未出现二次骨折。结论:建立下颌骨单层骨缺损人工材料植入实验动物模型是可行的。
Objective: To establish a mandibular single layer of cortical bone defect in rabbits. Methods: Twentyfour adult Japan rabbits were used in the experiment, A rectangular single layer of cortical bone defect with the size of 13 mm×4 min×2 mm was made at both sides of the mandibular body. Implanted CFR/PEEK with the size of 13 mm × 4 mm × 2 mm at the right side as experimental group and no implants at the left side as the control group. Results: All rabbits were in good heath, without being infected. All experimental materials in the survived rabbits were in good retention. Conclusion: The method used to establish an animal model for reconstruction of mandibular single layer of cortical bone defect in rabbits is practicable.
