种植支抗在慢性牙周炎深覆矫治中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过使用微种植体支抗矫治慢性牙周炎患者深覆畸形,并进行临床疗效分析,探讨微种植体支抗用于牙周病深覆矫治的可行性。方法:选择12例伴有深覆的慢性牙周炎患者,根据后牙松动的情况,选择微种植体支抗的植入部位,分别有6例植入上颌前牙区,6例植入下颌前牙区。根据剩余牙槽骨的高度,施加压低力。测量矫治前后的根吸收情况及牙槽骨高度变化情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:前牙区植入微种植体支抗可以有效地打开前牙咬合;施加压低力的前牙与矫治前相比出现明显地根吸收;前牙区牙槽骨高度与矫治前相比无明显变化。结论:微种植体支抗用于慢性牙周炎深覆的矫治具有可行性,但只限于不能使用常规方法的病例。使用过程中一定要根据剩余牙槽骨量施加适当压低力。 Objective: To explore the availability of intruding anterior teeth using micro-implant anchorage by analyzing the clinical effects in treating deep-bite malocclusion caused by chronic periodontitis. Methods: 12 patients with deep-bite caused by chronic periodontitis were selected. According to the loosing status of posterior teeth, micro-implant anchorage were implanted, including 6 in maxillary anterior teeth areas and 6 in mandibular anterior teeth areas. Suitable force was exerted to intrude anterior teeth. The changes of anterior teeth root and the heights of alveolar bone before and after applying the intruding force were measured and recorded. All records were analyzed by SPSS statistic software 17.0. Results: It is effective to open the deep-bite by using micro-implant anchorage in anterior teeth areas of chronic periodontitis patients. Top root absorption of intruded anterior teeth had significant changes before and after applying intruding force. Heights of alveolar bone had no significant changes before and af- ter applying intruding force. Conclusion: Using micro-implant anchorage in anterior teeth areas of chronic peri- odontitis patients to treat deep-bite is available, but only for those cases that traditional methods can not be selected. Proper force should be applied according to the surplus amounts of alveolar bone during the treatment.
