摘要
我国经济的战略转型升级离不开企业的转型升级,尤其是为数众多的广大中小企业。但是,随着市场经济的深入发展,我国中小企业却面临着诸多问题,特别是员工队伍不稳定的问题日益突出。本文从明尼苏达工作适应论的视角,以员工工作人格和企业工作环境为分析基础,探讨了企业从员工招聘、员工试用和员工转正稳定三个阶段的稳定性模型,以期为广大中小企业员工队伍的建设发展提供参考。
The transformation and upgrading of the economic strategy in China cannot go without the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, especially a variety of SMEs (small and medium - sized enterprises). With the further development of the market economy, the Chinese SMEs are facing a number of issues, such as the unstable staff team. This article, from the perspective of Minnesota work adaptation theory, based on employee' s work personality and enterprise working environment, discussed the stability model of the three stages of employee recruitment, probation and confirmation in order to provide a reference to the construction and development of the small and medium - sized enterprise staff team.
