Development Strategy Research of Higher Vocational Education Characteristics Under the Perspective of Employment Guidance

高职教育以就业为导向寻求特色发展之路符合时代要求。当前高职教育发展面临社会认可度不高、自身定位模糊、人才培养质量有待提升等现实困境,只有从政府层面明确高职教育定位、从高职院校层面优化专业设置和人才培养质量,同时以区域为依托形成特色的高职教育发展模式,才能实现高职教育服务区域经济社会发展和改善民生的功能。

Higher vocational education take the road of employment-oriented distinctive development is the requirements of the times. But the existing problems such as less social recognition, unclear selfpositioning, sided development and so on can not be ignored. Only by confining higher vocational education from government prospect, optimizing professional setting from higher vocational college prospect, and meanwhile forming characteristical higher vocational education by relying on district can we realize the function of serving the development of reginal economy and improving the people’s living standards of higher vocational education.
