Yuezhou Kiln is extremely a celadon with typical Yueyang local cultural characteristics, it has a long history, the production process is unique , which not only has a value of the cultural and historical study of Yueyang, but also has the pivotal status in the history of ceramics in China. As one of municipal intangible cultural heritages in Yueyang, the provincial, city, county and other related department have attached great importance to it in recent years. Combing the historical evolution of Yuezhou kiln and its evolution process and the protection of heritage status contribute to the society by appealing people from all walks of life to take an active part in protecting and inheriting the cultivation of the people, more importantly it can reflect the cultural change of Hunan.
