摘要
目的报告1例嗜血细胞综合征的临床诊疗过程。方法完善相关检查,通过骨髓穿刺检查,查找到嗜血细胞后确诊,给予对症治疗及抗感染治疗。结果患者确诊后通过治疗好转出院。结论临床上出现不明原因发热的患者,需要进行骨髓穿刺检查进一步明确病因。早期进行骨髓穿刺检查是确诊该患者的依据,抗感染及对症治疗对以感染为诱因的嗜血细胞综合征疗效明显。
Objective： to report clinical diagnosis and treatment in a case of hemophagocytic syndrome. Method ：perfect relevant examination, find blood cells after diagnosis through the bone marrow biopsy, give symptomatic treatment and anti infection treatment. Result： patients are discharged after treatment. Conclusion：unexplained fever patients clinically needs a bone marrow biopsy further clear etiology. Early diagnosis of patients with bone marrow biopsy is the basis, anti infection and symptomatic treatment have obvious curative effect for hemophagocytic syndrome caused by infection .
