摘要
通过查阅相关研究文献,结合训练实践经验,对铁人三项运动员参赛策略进行了研究并得出以下结论:1)我国铁人三项运动员年度参赛次数安排以5~8次为宜,月参赛次数以1~2次为主,应避免连续参赛造成运动员过度疲劳;2)我国铁人三项运动员在赛事级别选择上以洲际杯、洲际锦标赛为获取积分的主要比赛,赛事地域选择上优选国内举办的洲际锦标赛、洲际杯,根据运动员竞技能力结构特征合理利用集团作战获取更多积分;3)铁人三项运动员理想的比赛策略为游泳赛段应采用亚极限强度完成,自行车赛段采用跟随战术,跑步赛段采用大步幅、低频率的跑步节奏。
By the literature and training experience,a research was done on the competition strategy of elite triathletes. We finally arrived at the conclusion that:1)China’s triathletes competed 5 - 8 times a year,1 - 2 times one month is appropriate to avoid excessive fatigue caused by continuous completion. 2)Intercontinental cup and intercontinental championship as the main game of China’s triathletes scoring points,especially the game held on hometown. 3) The ideal triathletes completion strategy is the swimming segment use ultimate strength,cycling stage use following tactics,the running stage use the low frequency and long stride running rhythm.
