河北省历史悠久,文化底蕴深厚,除了拥有大量的物质文化遗产外,还拥有为数众多的非物质文化遗产。河北省在非物质文化遗产的保护与传播方面取得积极成效,但同时也面临一些困难和问题。做好非物质文化遗产的保护与传播工作,要坚持政府主导、社会参与;保护为主、合理开发;抢救第一、传承发展;分类指导、科学保护;传承教育、强化传播等保护与传播策略。
