摘要
构建中国文化竞争系统是扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设的内在要求。中国文化竞争系统由文化核心影响子系统、文化事业繁荣子系统、文化产业发展子系统、文化运行保障子系统等4个子系统构成。中国文化竞争系统的状况,可以通过中国文化竞争指数予以评估量化,通过大文化管理体系予以调控优化,通过应用对策建议落实予以提升强化。
It is an inherent requirement for the construction of competitive systems of Chinese culture to push forward the construction of Socialist Cultural Power. The competitive Systems of Chinese Culture consists of 4 sub- systems, which are the core and influenced culture subsystems, the culture and prosperity subsystems, the develop- ment of cultural industries subsystems and the running of cultural protection subsystems. In addition, the paper an- alyzes the status of the competitive systems of Chinese culture from 3 aspects: 1) It can be qualified by evaluating the index of Chinese cultural competition; 2) It can be optimized by regulating the large cultural management sys- tem; 3) It can be strengthened by applying the countermeasures to enhance the implementation of the recommenda- tions.
