试论郑振铎编辑事业成功之原因

Reasons for Zheng Zhengduo's Editing Career

郑振铎是民国编辑史上不应被遗忘的编辑大家,他从事编辑工作近40年,在报纸、期刊、图书等领域都有杰出成就。近年来有关郑振铎编辑活动的研究逐渐增多,但研究者在钩陈史实之余,对郑氏编辑事业成功的原因却鲜有探讨,本文试从性格因素、人际网络及编辑技巧三个方面略论之。

Zheng Zhenduo was one of the greatest editors who should not be forgotten in Chinese Editorial history, as that he engaged in editorial work for nearly 40 years in newspapers, periodicals, books and other fields, and had outstanding achievements in every fields. In recent years, researches on Zheng Zhenduo editorial activities gradually increased, but most of the researchers focus on historical facts, few have been aimed at reasons of his successful editorial career. This paper tries to discuss from the three aspects of personality, interpersonal network and editing skills.
