基于区域经济发展与资本市场建设内在联系的基础上,研究以资本市场促进山西资源型地区经济转型发展的条件与途径,并提出适合山西省情及区域经济发展阶段的资本市场建设框架及建议。

This article is based on the relationship between regional economic development and capital markets , and aims to research the conditions and ways to promote economic restructuring and development of resource -based regions with the capital market.Then the paper presents the capital market framework and practicable advices which are suitable for the situation and regional economic development of Shanxi.
