“变革式”自主创新型大学的范例——西安欧亚学院案例再研究

An Example of “Transformational” Enterprise University:Case of Xi'an Eurasia University Revisited

自主创新型大学是指在资源紧缺的情况下,适应外部环境的变化,运用企业化的运作模式,在大学内外部进行一系列的创新举措,实现了组织转型的高校。本文以变革式的组织转型理论为依据,分析了民办高等教育的代表——西安欧亚学院的最新进展。西安欧亚学院作为自主创新型大学所具有的特质是:有一个具有企业家精神的领军人物,与学校周边的合作融洽,有自由支配的资金进行"试错"与创新,有一个由先进理念支撑的组织结构,有一个整合的创业文化。

An enterprise university is a university that,under limited resources,adapts to changes in the external environment,adopts enterprise operation modes,and carries out a series of internal and external innovative operations,to achieve organizational transformation.Enterprise universities can be divided into two types：revolutional organizational transformation and knowledge application.This pa-per analyzes the latest progress made by Xi＇an Eurasia University,a representative of private higher ed-ucation institutions,based on the theory of revolutional organizational transformation.The entrepre-neurial qualities of Xi’an Eurasia University include an entrepreneurial leader,harmonious cooperation with nearby colleges and universities,discretionary funds for “trial and error”and innovation,organiza-tional structure supported by advanced concepts,and integrated entrepreneurial culture.
