美国主导的"跨太平洋伙伴关系协定"已经成为影响亚太关系发展的一个重要因素。通过"跨太平洋伙伴关系协定",美国力图以多边制度方式强化与亚太国家的经济和政治关系,构筑以美国为中心的亚太区域经济秩序,重振美国在亚太地区的领导地位。面对"跨太平洋伙伴关系协定"的发展,中国应当加以客观评估,在权衡利弊的基础上择机加入"跨太平洋伙伴关系协定"谈判,以期影响谈判进程和规则制定,进一步展示推进亚太区域经济合作的开放立场和政治意愿,在亚太经济发展及区域整合中发挥积极作用。

The Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement （TPP） dominated by the U.S. has become an important factor af- fecting the development of Asia-Pacific relations. By means of the institution based on the TPP, the U.S. strives to strengthen relations with Asia-Pacific countries, rebuild Asia-Pacific order, and restore America＇ s leadership in Asia-Pacific region. In view of the development of the TPP, China should take part in the TPP negotiations at an op- portune moment. In doing so, China could make impacts on the norms and rules, further declare the political will to advance Asia-Pacific cooperation, and play a positive role in the regional development.
