摘要
目的:通过星点设计优化香青兰挥发油提取工艺。方法:以冷浸时间、超声时间、提取时间为考察因素,各因素考察3个水平。采用Design-Expert8.05b软件进行实验设计和实验数据的处理。结果:优化后的提取工艺为冷浸时间8.00h,超声时间0.00min,提取时间3.00h。结论:星点设计优化香青兰挥发油提取具有良好的预测性。
Objective： to optimize extraction process of volatile oil inmoldavica dragonheadthrough central composite design. Methods：effects of tiactors, such as immersion time,ultrasonic time and extraction time,on the extractive efficiency were studied by three levelseaeh factor. Experimentaldesign and data were processed using Design-Expert8.05b software. Results： optimizedprocedure of extraction process wassoaking for 8.00h, ultrasonic for 0. 00min, extraction for 3.00h. Conclusion：central composite design method provided a good prediction to the optimization ofvolatile oil extraction of moldavica dragonhead.
