摘要
目的:通过星点设计优化香青兰挥发油提取工艺。方法:以冷浸时间、超声时间、提取时间为考察因素,各因素考察3个水平。采用Design-Expert8.05b软件进行实验设计和实验数据的处理。结果:优化后的提取工艺为冷浸时间8.00h,超声时间0.00min,提取时间3.00h。结论:星点设计优化香青兰挥发油提取具有良好的预测性。
Objective: to optimize extraction process of volatile oil inmoldavica dragonheadthrough central composite design. Methods:effects of tiactors, such as immersion time,ultrasonic time and extraction time,on the extractive efficiency were studied by three levelseaeh factor. Experimentaldesign and data were processed using Design-Expert8.05b software. Results: optimizedprocedure of extraction process wassoaking for 8.00h, ultrasonic for 0. 00min, extraction for 3.00h. Conclusion:central composite design method provided a good prediction to the optimization ofvolatile oil extraction of moldavica dragonhead.
