非内分泌科医务人员糖尿病知识知晓情况调查分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解非内分泌科医务人员对糖尿病知识知晓情况,并分析相关因素,为开展医务人员糖尿病相关知识培训提供依据。方法:于2013年3月对石河子市某三甲医院的127名非内分泌科医务人员进行调查,内容包括预防知识、血糖监测、营养治疗、运动治疗和急慢性并发症,并对影响非内分泌科医务人员糖尿病知识的因素进行分析。结果:医务人员糖尿病知识得分总体情况偏低,医生与护士之间对糖尿病知识项目除血糖监测和急慢性并发症外差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);不同职称、不同学历医务人员对糖尿病知识总体得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:非内分泌科医务人员糖尿病知识情况总体偏低,低学历、低职称医务人员对糖尿病相关知识较为缺乏,应加强非内分泌科医务人员糖尿病知识培训,全面提高医务人员糖尿病知识水平及健康教育的能力。 Objective: To understand the status of non-endocrine medical staff′s Knowledge about Diabetes Mellitus and analyze the relevant factors,for providing a basis of knowledge training for the non-endocrine medical staff. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 127 non-endocrine medical staff from 1 Class Ⅲ Grade I hospital in Shihezi in March 2013, including prevention knowledge, blood sugar monitoring, nutrition therapy, exercise therapy and konwledge of acute or chronic complications, and an analysis was also performed for relevant factors influencing their knowledge about diabetes mellitus. Resalts:The status of non-endocrine medical staff′s knowledge about diabetes mellltus was relatively on the low end. There was significant difference between doctors and nurses except in the dimension of blood sugar monitoring and konwledge of acute or chronic compfications(P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05) ,and there were also in the DM knowledge between the staff members with different job titles and education backgroud. ( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion: The non-endocrine medical staff,s knowledge about diabetes melliras is relatively low,and the medical staff who with low degree or low title were lack of knowledge about diabetes mellitus. Therefore, the knowledge training about diabetes should be strengthened to improve medical staff diabetes mellitus knowledge level and ability of health educaotion.
